CONSULTATION POLICY

If you would like to discuss your immigration needs and goals, we encourage you to schedule an initial consultation with one of our immigration attorneys. A consultation may be done in person or, if you prefer, via telephone. Since immigration law is federal law, we can work with individuals or businesses with immigration needs regardless of where you are located. The initial consultation affords you the opportunity to discuss your case with one of our attorneys for up to one hour for only $100.00. Unlike many other law firms, you will discuss your case in a confidential manner with a licensed immigration attorney (not a legal assistant or paralegal). We encourage you to bring any immigration papers or documents you have regarding your case. At that time, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have regarding your case and to receive answers to your questions or concerns. Our goal is that, at the conclusion of your initial consultation, you will have an understanding of what your immigration options are, what the expected timeframe for the case may be and the anticipated cost for pursuing your immigration case with Long, Chang & Associates, L.L.P.
